Common questions
Do you charge commission from dealers?
Never. I'm paid a flat fee by you and have no financial relationship with any dealer or seller. My only incentive is to find you the right car at the right price.
How quickly can you turn around the Advisory Service?
In most cases within 24 hours of receiving the car's details. If there's anything that requires more time — such as a complex MOT history — I'll let you know upfront.
What if I'm not happy with the shortlist on the Full Buying Service?
I'll keep searching. The fee covers the full process, not a fixed number of candidates. If the brief needs refining, we'll have another conversation and I'll adjust the search.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. For the Advisory Service, location is irrelevant — everything is done remotely. For the Full Buying Service, I source nationwide and can advise on collection logistics.
